Design Requirement:

To design the practical poles for customers use, normally we need customer to provide us some parameter, like as the followings :

- Pole top design load
- Where is the position of the load, the distance from the top
- The wind Speed
- How will the wire distribute
- Pole type with Burial Type or Base Plate type
- The connections mode, use slip joint or flange
- and others can be furthermore discussed when needed.

Hot Dip Galvanization:

All our products must be hot dip galvanized which can keep the steel poles without rust more than 30 years.Our standard for a good hot dip galvanization steel pole is same color of the zinc coating without dent mark,no exposed iron and hang of zinc of defect. Normally speaking,the thickness of the zinc coating is up to the materials thickness.The thicker the material is, the thicker the zinc coating will be.

Packaging&Shipping:

Normally substation structure are wraped by plastical bags or burlap cloth at the top and bottom, or according to clients requirement.

* Covered by Plastic Wrap or Mat or according to client's requests.

* The Loading Pcs of Each Container could be calculated according to client's specification and data.

Our poles as normal are covered by Mat or straw bale at the top and bottom and woods between the poles can avoid the damage of the galvanization on the surface of steel poles, anyway also we can follow clients required , The loading capacity of 20GP 40HC or OT/FR will be calculated basing on the clients’ actual specification and data.

Quality Control Management:

JSBS has passed the ISO 9001 quality management system. And we have our own Lab to do the chemical and mechanical test. For instance, we test the raw material component content and the strength when we purchase the raw material. And if the material does not pass the test, we’ll not use it to produce our steel poles. Therefore, customers can rest assured that we always manufacture the good quality poles. Meanwhile, our factory has the AMT ( Advanced Manufacturing Technology ), all the purposes are to provide high-quality poles all over the world.
