We signed the NDA with customer and strictly control the drawing release.

5.What is the MOQ?

It depends on your products,some times 1 pc is acceptable.

6.Will you provide free samples?

Simple samples that cost no more than 100 US $ can be free of charge but you need to pay shiping cost.

7.Samples lead time?

It depends on your design,if simple items it can be only 1 day if it need to open mold the lead time should be 1 month or more.

8.What is your payment term?

100% Down payment for mold and Mass production T/T 30% down payment and balance 70% before shiping or LC.

9.If there are quality problems on products,what should we do?

Take pictures and give more details ,we will analysis it quickly and decide what we need to do.
