Dragon Card Sheet for Economic Plastic Card Solution ( Non Lamination Sheets ) is a new and easy technology for making cards. There is no need of any bulk equipments or professional operation. It only needs one inkjet printer, roller laminator, and trimmer to make cards , which is easier and more economic solution for card production.

The recommended card production procedures are detailed as below:

1. Print the image on the two sheets A with inkjet printer (remember to choose “ mirror printing ” ) , wait and let the ink dry up completely ( normally around 5-10 minutes )
2. Remove the protection films on the middle core sheet, put the printed sheets right on both sides of the middle core sheet , then let it go through the rolling laminator (set temperature around 150℃-180℃)
3. Cut the laminated sheet into standard card, remove the protection film from the surface of the card .
