The working principle of corn starch dry machine
Using the principle of heat conduction and radiation, the material
is sent into the dryer by spiral conveyer,under the agitation of
the rotating tube bundle plate, it moves from the feeding end to
the feeding end,Heat absorption and moisture loss are completed in
the movement, and the dryer is in a negative pressure state during
production,The steam direction is opposite to the material
direction, the energy saving effect is good, in the starch industry
for the drying of germ, fiber, gluten.
