Description of corn starch dehydrator making machine
The pressure arc sieve is a static and efficient screening
device.It separates and grades wet materials by pressure.Applied in
starch processing for multi-stage counter-current rinse, sieving
and separation, dehydration and abstraction as well as elimination
of solid-form substances and impurities.
The working principle of pressure arc sieve
Slurry from the nozzle to a certain speed (15 to 25 m/S) by the
sieve surface tangent into the concave surface, the high feed speed
make the material on the screen by centrifugal force, gravity and
sieve effect on resistance of the material. The material flow to
the other by a sieve is a sieve in the process of screening the
sharp edge material cutting action, the starch in the material and
a lot of water through a sieve seam become undersize, while fiber
fine slag flowed from the sieve surface end and be on the screen
content.
