Working process
A. Water injection: inject the moderate sterilization water to the down pot.
B. Sterilization: Sterilization water will be cycle in a closed loop system by circulation pump. Water mist sprayed to the surface of a germicide, along with steam (or open heating tube) into the pot, circulating water temperature rising, and finally to the temperature of the control. Tank pressure is adjusted to the ideal range through the pressure valve and exhaust valve.
C. Cooling: After cutting off steam (or electric heating tube), the pot or heat exchanger started into the water, the temperature of the circulating water was coming down until the degree setting.
D. Drainage: sterilization water expel through the drain valve, the pressure exhausts through the exhaust valve leakage.
