Glass washing machine is used for the flat glass washing and drying. It's a necessary equipment for glass processing enterprise. Structural characteristics

1. Transfer rubber covered roller adopt gear revolve, stable and convenience maintain, the above and bottom hairbrush roller adopt two motors for transfer motion, stable transfer, the belt are durability.

2.The machine top part equip the stainless water dish, transfer rubber covered roller can clean by itself at the revolve process; also with the sprinkler systems can wetting the glass surface before the glass enter the washing part, improve the washing effect.
The metal parts of the washing section which are contact with water, all adopt stainless material, with circulating pump, water tank can pull out washing, have three levels washing, when request the higher washing effect, two sets of hairbrush roller at behind have to use running water(purified water can get the better effect).

3.Machine transmission are adopt vulcanized rubber cover roller structure (prohibit acidic liquid get in touch), washing part, drying part whole lifting automatically, the maximum lift range is 400mm, in order to adapt washing different glass thickness, continence for cleaning and replace the hairbrush.

4.Equip 3pairs of hairbrush roller(φ150mm), can washing the hard LOW-E glass, common coated glass and sunshine coated glass, when washing the coated glass, two pairs of strong hairbrush can though the air cylinder raise up, will never hurt the coated surface.

5.Drying part, air drying system equip two pairs of air knife, a pair of straight air knife and skew air knife cooperate application, high pressure blower can completely drying the glass surface, large lateral wind power, good air drying effect.(two cold wind air knife, no need to heat).
Keep after washing product can meet the requirement of the drying level, the upper air knife through controlling system adjust lifting, inside maximum opening width is 400mm, is convenience to adjust the air knife height and degrees, improve the drying effect. Equip high pressure blower 22kw, air intake through air filtering, large wind power, good drying effect, whole bellower is install on the top of the drying part, follow the washing and drying part lifting automatically, to ensure the after washing products can meet the requirement of the drying level.

6.The machine frame and others sheet metal parts which are not touching water, spray the senior mechanical paint after through the special technology processing. The paint with strong adhesion, bright durable surface.

Each working cycle of the equipment

1. The quartz sand filter

Accumulative work is up to 8 ~ 20 hours, back flush for 20 minutes.

Accumulative work is up to 1.5 -2 hours, replace the quartz sand filter material.

2. The activated carbon adsorption filter:

When exports residual chlorine content > 0.1 mg/L, should replace the activated carbon filter material, normally when the cumulative work is up to 1 year, replace the activated carbon filter material.

3. The water softener:

Replace the softening resin for 1 year work

4. The security filter

Generally, cumulative work for three months ,a fine filter should be replaced. When the fine filter pressure is less than 0.04 Mpa and water shortage indicator light is on,a fine filter should be replaced,too.

5. Inverse osmosis filter

After 6 months of work, application drug RO membrane should be clean.

After 1-1.5 years accumulated work,we should replace the RO membrane.
