The special asynchronous motor for electric cable winding is a
special motor for cable winding, which is used for the working
conditions of cable winding and unwinding of mobile hoisting
equipment fed by ground cables, such as gantry cranes in bulk
loading and unloading machinery, flat plate conveyors, stackers and
reclaimers, and lifting grapples in port machinery. It is suitable
for special occasions where the cable drum needs to reciprocate,
transport, collect and maintain the appropriate tension of power
cables, as well as working conditions requiring long-term locked
rotation or low-speed rotation and maintaining the appropriate
tension state of wound articles. This series of motors have
excellent winding characteristics under the retracting and
releasing conditions. Stable operation, IMB5 installation form can
be matched and connected with conventional speed reducer, making
the product more compact in structure and easy to roll and install.
The motor has low temperature rise and long service life.

The electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor consists
of Y series motor and DC disc electromagnetic brake installed
between the rear end cover of the motor and the fan. It has the
characteristics of reliable braking, adjustable braking torque, no
axial movement of the rotor and convenient use. It is suitable for
various types of mechanical equipment requiring fast braking,
precise positioning and reciprocating motion.
