An aluminum spacer bending machine, including a frame, a conveyor
belt driven by a motor, the conveyor belt is installed on the
frame, wherein, the conveyor belt also includes a number of
positioning units, the positioning units are arranged along the
direction of aluminum bar transmission, the positioning unit
includes a rotating rod, a supporting rod and a guide wheel, the
rotating rod is hinged on the frame, and the supporting rod is
fixed on the rotating rod, The guide wheel is rotationally
connected to the supporting rod, and the distance between the guide
wheels is equal to the width of the aluminum strip. The traditional
guide plate is replaced by the guide wheel, and the sliding
friction is converted into the rolling friction, so the friction is
reduced. Therefore, when the distance between the guide wheels is
equal to the width of the aluminum strip, the aluminum strip can
still pass smoothly. Because the distance is reduced, the aluminum
strip is not easy to deviate, which ensures the bending effect of
the aluminum strip, The scrap rate of products is reduced.
