Introduction

The 10-06 series high-pressure centrifugal fan is a new product developed by QingHua University for blowing coal powder into the boiler.

The temperature of the transport medium generally isn’t more than 80 °C. The dust and hard fine particles contained in the medium are not more than 150 mg/m3.

1.There are 12 long and short blades on the impeller, all of which are forward curved leaves. After the impeller is formed, it is corrected by static and dynamic balance, and the operation is stable and reliable.

2. The centrifugal fan casing is welded into a snail shell by a common steel plate.

3. The air inlet cone is made into a convergent streamlined overall structure, which is fixed with the front cover plate by bolts.

4. The transmission group is composed of shaft, bearing box, coupling, etc. The main shaft is made of high quality steel. The bearing box is the overall structure, using rolling bearings, rolling bearings with mechanical oil lubrication.

5.The common base is welded with carbon steel plate and section steel.
