roller rice machine by our company. It is mainly suitable for rice
processing factory with daily treatment capacity of more than 100t.
The structure of this machine is mature and stable, with good

Characteristic:
1. The long sanding roller structure makes the rice white and even,
reducing the crushing rate.
2. The structure of two horizontal rollers is adopted. The two bran
collecting chambers are separated independently and their air
volume can be adjusted, which is conducive to keeping the dynamic
balance of the pressure and air volume in the two roller rice
milling chamber
3. The use of external and medium pressure suction fans, both ends
of the air delivery shaft and the feeding port can reduce the
temperature of rice, reduce broken rice and bran.
4. The step board grading and rice secondary separation equipment
is at the outlet, which has the function of cooling and purifying
rice.
