The 5-10 series ventilator is a high efficiency and energy saving
product developed by our company, which is used for ventilation and
exhaust system of smelting, chemical, medicine and dust removal
production lines.
In the coal-fired boiler system, the ventilation and induce draft
systems of various boilers with evaporation capacity of 20
tons/hour to 800 tons/hour can be configured.
Centrifugal fan is applied in industrial boiler, (centrifugal fan
can be applied in industrial boiler,) it also can be applied in
industrial kilns, blast furnace, Industrial waste heat recovery
device, Electrolytic aluminium production line air purification
system and other industrial work environment.

Advantages and Features
1. Motor slide guide can be provided for convenient belt tensioning
to reduce energy loss caused by belt slack.
2. The bearing housing is reserved for the installation position of
temperature and vibration sensors, which can facilitate the
installation of fan operation monitoring device.
3. Use liquid lubricating oil. It is not necessary to open the
bearing housing to replace and fill the lubricating oil. The
bearing housing is provided with an observation window for easy
observation of the quality and stock of the lubricating oil.
4. The bearing housing uses labyrinth mechanical seal, unique
anti-leakage design inside, vent hole at the top, and sealing
grease at the joint, completely eliminating the possibility of oil
leakage in the bearing hosing.
5. After annealed treatment, the internal stress of the structure
generated during welding can be completely eliminated to ensure
that the impeller will not creepage and crack.
6. The impeller is subjected to a high standard of dynamic
balancing adjusting to ensure stable operation of the fan.

1. What parameters need to be provided when you design the
industrial centrifugal fans?
Answers: Air flow, total pressure or static pressure, inlet
temperature, local voltage and frequency, Altitude etc.
If there is flammable and explosive gas, or big dust loading in the
medium, please also inform the designer.
