Introduction

6-04 series Industrial Centrifugal Flow Fans have high pressure coefficient, low peripheral speed, low noise, flat performance curve and wide area of high efficiency.

Industrial Centrifugal Flow Fans are used in forging furnaces and high pressure forced ventilation and are widely used to transport materials and air. The maximum temperature should not exceed 250 degrees Celsius.

The material of impeller and main shaft, we will choose high-strength carbon steel, low-alloy steel, high-temperature alloy steel, high temperature &high-strength alloy steel for different working conditions temperature and working speed, so that the impeller and main shaft at high temperature still maintain reliable strength.

5. The Industrial Centrifugal Flow Fan's bearing housing is reserved for the installation position of temperature and vibration sensors, which can facilitate the installation of fan operation monitoring device.

6. Ultrasonic flaw detection on the welding seam and main spindle of the impeller to ensure that there are no welding defects or material defects and ensure the strength.
