Collector Fan is designed to work in the high efficiency area to achieve energy
saving when operating under variable operating conditions.
The Backward Curved Air Filtration System Anti-Explosion Dust
Collector Fan is jointly designed by the fan energy-saving group of the Ministry
of Machinery Industry and organized by the national fan industry.
It’s a high-performance product promoted by the State Economic
Commission and the Ministry of Machinery Industry.
The motor shaft is elastically connected with the drive shaft, and
it is not necessary to constantly tighten the belt or replace the
belt, and the maintenance workload is small. Fans with an impeller
diameter of less than 1400 mm operate at a normal temperature fan
system, eliminating the need for additional bearing cooling
devices, reducing the amount of user investment and maintenance.
When the airflow resistance is increased, the motor load will be
automatically reduced and the motor will not be burnt.

1. What parameters need to be provided when you design the
industrial centrifugal fans?
Answers: Air flow, total pressure or static pressure, inlet
temperature, local voltage and frequency, Altitude etc.
If there is flammable and explosive gas, or big dust loading in the
medium, please also inform the designer.
