Industrial Boiler Waste Gas Dust Collecting Antiwear Centrifugal
Fan can be used to input gas as well as to output gas.
The gas delivered by the 4-09 series Industrial Centrifugal Fans should be no more than 80 °C air and other gases that are not
self-igniting and are not harmful to the human body and are not
corrosive to steel materials. No viscous substances are allowed in
the gas, and the dust and hard particles contained in the gas are
not more than 150 mg/m3.

Fans can transport clean gas, dusty gas, flammable gas, corrosive gas,
powder or granular materials at normal temperature or high
temperature.
Typical applications include: building ventilation, mine
ventilation, smoke evacuation, drying, clinker cooling, transport
of gas, transport of lightweight materials, blasting and drafting
of industrial boiler systems, and supply of air to kiln
systems/incinerator systems and induced air, air purification
equipment, industrial dust collector systems, etc.
In addition to the industrial system, it is also frequently used in
agriculture and civil applications and the most versatile range of
centrifugal fans.

Advantages and Features
1. The Industrial Centrifugal Fan speed can be flexibly set by matching different belt pulley
diameters to make the fan run at the highest efficiency point and
reduce energy waste.
2. Motor slide guide can be provided for convenient belt tensioning
to reduce energy loss caused by belt slack.
3. The Industrial Centrifugal Fan bearing housing is reserved for the installation position of
temperature and vibration sensors, which can facilitate the
installation of fan operation monitoring device.
4. Use liquid lubricating oil. It is not necessary to open the
bearing housing to replace and fill the lubricating oil. The
bearing housing is provided with an observation window for easy
observation of the quality and stock of the lubricating oil.
5. The Industrial Centrifugal Fan bearing housing uses labyrinth mechanical seal, unique anti-leakage
design inside, vent hole at the top, and sealing grease at the
joint, completely eliminating the possibility of oil leakage in the
bearing hosing.
6. After annealed treatment, the internal stress of the structure
generated during welding can be completely eliminated to ensure
that the impeller will not creepage and crack.
