Emulsifying Equipment Introduction
Emulsifying Equipment are applied for liquid preparation for
pharmaceutical, cosmetic and dairy products etc. With SS316L and
SS304 as main material, the homogenizing machine is built with
electric or steam jacket for heating purpose and insulation layer
for heat preservation. The equipment comes with no dead corner, and
conforms to cGMP standards.
Emulsifying Equipment features:
1. Optional PLC touch screen
2. Frequency converter for speed adjustment.
3. Inside surface is Ra 0.4~0.5μm by mechanical polishing
4. Outside surface is Ra0.6~0.8μm by mechanical polishing
5. Electric and steam jacket heating available for user to choose
6. Emulsifying pot in contact of material made of SS316L without
dead corner
7. High homogenizing speed resulting in high shear and high
dispersion force with excellent emulsifying results

· Pressure: chamber-0.09Mpa to 0.1Mpa, jacket electrical heating
(standard type)
· Upper cover lifting by hydraulic
· Safety limit switch for safety operation
· Upper cover connection: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel
pipe filter, solid material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air
inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, CIP cleaning head,
discharging port, dustproof respirator.
