Weld neck flange, as its name, the connection method is that the necks of the two
flanges are opposite, and are welded to the equipment port or pipe
port at the other end.
Titanium weld neck flange is usually used in pipelines (or equipment) with high operating
pressure. Because of this, the production process and raw material
requirements for welded neck flanges are higher than flat welded
flanges.
Titanium weld neck flange is not easy to deform, good sealing, and is widely used in
chemical industry. It has corresponding rigidity and elasticity
requirements and reasonable butt welding thinning transition. The
distance between the welding port and the joint surface is large,
and the joint surface is protected from welding temperature
deformation. It is suitable for pipelines with high pressure or
temperature fluctuations or high temperature, high pressure and low
temperature pipelines. It is generally used for the connection of
pipelines and valves with pressure more than 2.0MPa(Class
150/PN20); it is also used for conveying expensive, flammable and
easy Explosive medium on the pipeline.
