1. Application

Titanium welding wire is used in welding reaction kettle titanium, storage of acid or alkaline material tank tube,

titanium equipment.

2.Operation precautions

1). During manual argon arc welding, the minimum included Angle (10~15°) should be kept between the wire and welding parts. The welding wire is smoothly and evenly fed into the molten pool along the front end of the molten pool, and the welding wire end shall not be moved out of the argon gas protection zone.
2). During welding, the welding gun does not swing laterally. When it needs to swing, the frequency should be low and the swing amplitude should not be too large to prevent the protection of argon.
3). When the arc is broken and the weld ends, argon gas protection shall be continued, and the welding gun shall not be removed until the weld and the metal in the heat-affected area are cooled to below 350℃.
