Excellent stamping performance. Various types of welding can be
carried out, and the welding performance is good. The welding joint
can reach 90% of the strength of the base metal. It is easy to saw
and cut with grinding wheel, and has good machining performance.
Excellent corrosion resistance
It is used for parts under 350 ℃ with less stress and parts punched
into various complex shapes. Such as condensers in thermal power
stations; pipeline systems, valves, and pumps corroded by marine
seawater; chemical heat exchangers, pump bodies, distillation
towers; seawater desalination systems, platinum-plated anodes;
aircraft skeletons, skins, engine parts, beams, etc
TA6
It has good welding performance and high creep strength, but the
process has low plasticity and can be deformed under heat. When the
alloy is under axial load, it is not sensitive to the cut and the
cutting performance is still good.
Parts and welding parts working below 400 ℃
TA7
Poor stamping performance and good thermoplasticity. It can perform
various forms of welding with good performance. The strength and
plasticity of the welded joint can be equal to the base metal.
Mechanical processing performance is the same as industrial pure
titanium. Good corrosion resistance, high temperature thermal
stability
Do structural parts for long-term work below 500 ℃, can make
various forgings
TA8
Good thermoplasticity. Can be welded in various forms with good
weldability. The machinability is the same as industrial pure
titanium. Good oxidation resistance
Long-term working parts below 500 ℃. Can manufacture engine
compressor discs and blades
TC1
Good punchability. Can be welded in various forms with good
weldability. The machinability is the same as industrial pure
titanium. Good oxidation resistance
Parts for work below 400 ℃. Suitable for all kinds of plates,
stamping and welding parts
TC2
At 350 ℃, the endurance strength of 100h is above 400MPa, and the
hot working has good plasticity. When heated to 350-400 ℃, there is
no tendency to become brittle, so it can be used to weld parts that
work at high temperatures
Parts, welding parts, die forgings and bending parts that work
below 500 ℃
TC4
Poor stamping and good thermoplasticity. Various forms of welding
are possible, and the strength of the welded joint can reach 90% of
the strength of the base metal. The mechanical processing
performance is good, it needs to use cemented carbide, large
cutting volume, slow speed, and sufficient cooling. Good corrosion
resistance and good thermal stability. It is one of the most widely
used titanium alloys
Parts for long-term work below 400 ℃
TC5
It is stable below 350, and the plasticity decreases at higher
temperatures. Forging, stamping and other deformations can be
performed under hot conditions
Parts working below 350 ℃
TC9
Thermoplastic is good. Machinability is the same as T alloy. High
corrosion resistance. Thermal stability is good
Long-term working parts below 400 ℃. Can manufacture compressor
discs and blades
TC10
