Butyl glue coater is used for the coating of spacer strip, which is
a professional equipment for hollow glass processing.
The coater can automatically detect the width of the interval
strip, and transmit the data to the glue mouth to make the opening
width of the glue mouth reach the width of the gluing state. In
addition, the conveyor belt will deliver the interval strip to the
glue mouth, and the glue mouth will apply glue on both sides of the
interval strip at the same time. Accurate control of glue nozzle
spray and break time by PLC.
