Overview
The automatic aluminum bending machine machine is a special equipment that replaces the hollow glass
aluminum frame of the hollow glass manufacturing technology. The
equipment can make one aluminum belt at a time to make various
convex polygonal aluminum frames, thereby enhancing the strength of
the aluminum frame and making the insulating glass better sealed.

- There are 4 Siemens servos.
- 4 sets of shelves are used to store more gaskets of different
sizes. Replace different racks with Siemens servers.
- Automatic cutting and feeding into aluminum gasket.
- Continuously curved spacer frame.
- Automatically avoid the connection angle when bending and cutting.
- The machine grabs the shim from the top instead of the shim from
the bottom, thus solving the old-style commutation problem.
- Using industrial computer technology, it can realize the on-site
drawing of workers on the industrial computer and directly bend the
drawn graphics.
- Special manipulator device is used to bend large spacers.
Heavy duty connectors is convenience and safety for installation
and debugging
Spare parts of all machine have ID codes.
Accurate bending effect, corner error is less than 0.1mm.
Print paper label sticker function (optional), you can easily
delete it..
