(1) Equipment use:
This machine is a special equipment for cutting and separating the steel mouth, sidewall and crown of waste tires, and it is the first process to deal with waste tires.

(2) Structure and principle:
The machine is composed of frame, rotating mechanism, supporting mechanism, cutter mechanism and so on. The basic principle is to select the inner ring of the tire as the support point and place the inner ring on the support frame. The tire is firmly supported on the support frame through the adjustment mechanism of the support frame; the low-speed operation is obtained through the deceleration transmission mechanism; the cutting tool is installed on the tool holder, and the tool can be advanced and retracted as needed. You can cut the tire smoothly by moving the cutter while the tire is running at low speed and cutting into the tire.
