Introduction:
This series fan is consist of high quality PVC, has the characteristics of high tenacity, light weight, good anti-corrosive, not easy to aging and low noise, etc, it is an ideal new type anti-corrosive fan. This fan is suitable for exhausting corrosive air containing acid, alkali and solid in the chemical place spinning place, electroplate place and experimental place, also can be used for ventilation in industrial building. The operating temperature between 20°C and 40°C, the fan should be not exposed to the sun without heating.

1. Impeller:
Consists of tilting circular arc thin plate blade, curve front plate and flat plate rear disc, all made of steel plate and corrected by static and dynamic balance, air performance is good, efficiency is high, noise is low, operation is stable. 3. 5 is composed of 12 leaves, 4. 5 is composed of 14 leaves, and more than 5 is composed of 16 pieces.
2. Housing:
Made into two different types, the 3-12 housing is integrated and can not be disassembled; the 14-20 housing is made into two open types, divided in two halves along the middle horizontal plane and connected by bolts.
3.Inlet:
Made into a whole, installed on one side of the fan, parallel to the axial section of the curve shape, can make the gas enter the impeller smoothly, and the loss is relatively small.
4.Transmission:
Consists of spindle, bearing box, rolling bearing and belt wheel.
