KN95 mask equipment is the special equipment for the production of disposable KN95 masks.It can automatically complete the mask body molding,automatic nose bridge reinforcement, and automatic ear band welding.

It is the auto equipment which is used to the product of face masks,It suitable for the material of non woven fabric, activated carbon and filter material from 1-5 layers. The face mask machine will finish all the processing from the feeding to nose-clip fixing, edge sealing, cutting the finished products.
According to the different materials you use, the finished products can reach the standards as N95, FFP2, etc.This face mask machine has features as stable performance, high productivity, low error rate and easy operation, etc.

Plane Mask Production Process:

3) Make a large piece of non-woven fabric gradually narrow from left to right along the slope to make a "folding structure"
4) Tableting: flatten the surface of the mask
5) Fully automatic single cutting and hemming of masks
6) Then use a non-woven fabric to trim the mask
7) Cut the edge again
8) Fix the hanging ear rope by hot pressing
9) Finally pass the quality inspection, sterilize and package the finished product

After installation and debugging, party A(Supplier) shall notify party B(Buyer) to accept the equipment. Upon completion of acceptance, party B(Buyer) should ship the whole machine.Provide non - contact installation instruction such as instructional video and remote video instruction. Non-epidemic period, We will send 1~2 engineer for installation, training and testing in customers' factory, offer complete technical support, after-sale service, maintenance skills training. The air ticket, hotel and food accommodation shall be offered by the buyer and need to pay 100 USD/day/person as technical fee.
Warranty period and service	During the warranty period, if it is a product quality problem, the supplier shall be responsible for the maintenance and provide the maintenance accessories (vulnerable parts, such as ultrasonic waves and mufflers, force majeure or the buyer's reason for the equipment damage, it does not belong to the quality warranty scope).If the equipment is damaged due to the buyer's fault, the maintenance fee shall be borne by the buyer. If the buyer USES repair services or replacement parts not provided by the supplier or approved by the supplier, the warranty period will be suspended in advance.
