2009,is a leading professional manufacturer in the field of
transmission steel towers (the voltage up to 1000kv),
telecommunication towers, monopoles, substation structures and
rooftop towers. We also supply steel profile products as per
customers 'requirement.
The factory located in Jiaozhou bay of Qingdao, covered an area of
over 60,000 square meters with an annual production capacity 40,000
tons.

2. Product capacity
We have 5 auto production line for electric angle steel towers
Manufacturing,We can supply 3000 tons angle steel tower
every month .Else we have enogh site for installing more production
line if needed.
We also have plasma cutting machine ,14m bending machine and auto
welding machines for pole towers .

Our engineer and drawer has lots of designing ,lofting experience
of lattice steel towers .

4. Quality control
We have very strict quality control in every steel towers .
Material incoming control:chemical and physical test
Zinc coating thinknes inspection
5. Trial assembly
We usually has two ways of trial assembly for lattice steel towers
: trial assembly before galvanzation
and after galvanization.
6. Hot dip galvanization and painting
7. Package and delivery
Package we usually do as our clients requirment .Usually for angle
steel towers,We use steel wire to make it into bundle and use
special material to protect the Zinc.
