Function

When DXZ limit switch is used for trolley limit, it is used to stop trolley movement before the trolley touch the buffer stops on jib and jib end.

Working principle

The pinion on DXZ limit switch input shaft engages with the pinion of trolley winch drum. The limit switch records the turns which drum turned. The contact (WK)changes over at specific position when cam (T press down the contact, then trolley movement slows down or stops

Adjusting

a. Will the car from the arm tip buffer at 1. 5m (2Z), mobilize the adjusting shaft and the memory cam(2T ) to the micro switch(2 WK)action switch. ( adjustment should also make the cam 3Tand 2T overlap, to avoid interference in the braking deceleration)and tighten the M5 nut. Then the car into the distance arm tip buffer 200mm, according to the procedure of adjusting shaft (1Z)to mobilize the memory of cam(IT)to a micro switch (1WK)switch. tighten the nut M5

b. Slowing down and stop limit of trolley in

Adjusting method is same as that described in above step ”a“. Set up 3Z-3T-3WK, 4Z-4T-4WK for slowing down and stop limit of trolley in with distance 1.5m and 200mm between trolley and buffer stop of jib foot
