XLZ2303 road reclaimer is a set of multi-functional road maintenance equipment. It is mainly used for upgrading and reconstruction of old asphalt pavement. It is mainly used for mixing fllers, cement, limes and other objects with natural soil, So as to improve mechanical and physical properties of soil. It can be also used for milling damaged asphalt or asphalt concrete pavement with the thickness of 200mm and below.

1. Weichai turbocharged electronic injection diesel engine system, low emissions, low noise, low fuel consumption, fulfilling the requirements of Chinese Stage III emission standard. Three level power regulation control technology, allowing the machine working in the best fuel consumption area, more energy efficient.
2. Sprinkler system: automatic/manual control mode, user-friendly control, high spraying precision. Sprinkling water pump has self-priming function, can be seamless connected to all kinds of water wheel wagon.
3. Milling system: the grain size of milling material can be adjusted according to the rotor speed and operating speed, so as to ensure the uniformity of material granularity, meeting the requirements of different grading.
4. Front axle drive mode, propelling speed and operating speed is stepless variable, convenient for operation.
5. Milling rotor end door can be opened to large angle by electro-hydraulic control, cutting tools are fast and convenient to replace.
6. Optional rear wheel drive system adapt to complex conditions such as certain degree of muddy, slippery roads.

Performance Characteristics:

The milling width of the road reclaimer is 2300mm; generally, the maximum milling depth is 480mm.
The milling/mixing rotors are driven by a ,high-speed motor and a speed reducer. The metallic milling/mixing rotors adopt double helix structures, with reasonable arrangement of cutting tools and high milling and mixing accuracy.
The undercarriage system has two speed modes (high speed mode and low speed mode); it adopts dual full-bridge driver and four-wheeled walking mode. Its low-pres- sure wide-base big tread pattern tires have a good road holding capacity.
Sprinkling system has the functions of sprinkling water. The sprinkling system can manually and intelligently control flow of sprinkled medium.
Automatic depth control: built- in sensor of hydraulic cylinder is used for detection, and milling depth can be displayed on display.
The intelligent control system can achieve on-line display, fault diagnosis, fault alarm, maintenance. hints and other advanced functions in working mode and walking mode; at the same time, various data can be directly read through display.
Braking system: pneumatic brake, realizing the service brake and parking brake functions of the machine.
The cab can slide to left and right, and has wide vision.
Lighting system is, used for illumination at night, and can bring good illumination at the back of machine, in cab, on work edge and in front of machine.
