42CrMo4 with higher S comtent than the standard, the standard 42CrMo4 only with around 0.005% S

content, but our customer made 42CrMo4 materail with the higher S contents 0.02% than the standard,

the higher S content can improve the machinability, it is the benifits for tools when broaching the gear rings.

In additionally, according to our customer’s demands, every raw material bars in 42CrMo4 must be tested

by magnetic particle, chemical analysis ,grain sizes , cleanliness and hardenability.
