Product Paramenters
The working wheel of the impact turbine only partly passes water,
and part of the water bucket works, so the flow rate of the turbine
is small, so the output of the impact turbine is relatively small
under a certain head and diameter of the working wheel. In
addition, the speed of the full turbine is relatively low (this is
because the absolute speed of the runner inlet is large and the
peripheral speed is small), and the output is small, resulting in a
low specific speed, so the impact turbine is suitable for high head
and small flow.
