● CKFZ uses vacuum interrupter to raise take-over current value and
transfer current value.
● Thanks to the isolated switch, it has obvious break point.
Isolated switch, vacuum load break switch and enclosure door have
interlocking device which can prevent faulty operation.
● Vacuum interrupter uses the contacts with special structure and
material, its chopping current is low and just about 3A,so the
operating overvoltage is very low.
● The vacuum interrupter of CKFZ vacuum load break switch is sealed
in the insulated parts. It can enhance the performance of
dustproof, moisture-proof and insulated and prevent the vacuum
interrupter from the mechanical damage.
● The connection between vacuum interrupter and upper disconnected
switch is bolt and disc spring compression-fitting connection. It
can increase creepage distance of phase-to-phase insulated panel
and decrease internal resistance of vacuum load break switch, and
then avoid copper foil breakage caused by metal fatigue which comes
from repeated twisting of flexible connection, so enhancing its
electrical performance.
● Its H-type vacuum load break switch with strong breaking capacity
can break 20kA short-circuit current.
● CKFZ and fuse can compose to switch-fuse combination which can
break short-circuit current 31.5kA.
● It can combine with CKVB circuit breaker with right lateral
operating mechanism and use for power distribution projects with
different designs.
● Its structure of functional modules provide different options for
functional combination and installation.
● Disconnector and earthing switch are linked together. Their time
difference between closing and opening can meet the requirement of
electric safety operating rules.
● The interlocking device which prevent faulty operation is
equipped inside of operating panel. It can ensure the earthing
switch, disconnector and vacuum load break switch to be operated by
safety operating rules.
● The spring stored-energy operating mechanism of vacuum load break
switch can ensure the switch opening/closing speed meet the
technical requirement and not relevant with the strength of the
operating power.
● In order to meet the different requirement of the users, it can
be equipped with shunt release, lose-voltage release, or
overcurrent release.
● In the process of closing/opening, the closing/opening operation
of electric operating mechanism won’t be affected by power
interruption.
● If vacuum load break switch is equipped with electric operating
mechanism, its operating power supply can choose DC power supply or
AC power supply.
● Thanks to the new design of enclosure door with interlocking
device, its structure is very simple and reliable, also it is very
convenient for installation and debugging.
