● Spring-charging operating mechanism with gear driving
CKVB-12/T use spring-charging operating mechanism, which including
five units as below:
---- Closing stored-energy unit: is driven by gear and stores
energy by spring mechanism; it uses cam’s curvilinear motion to
drive the insulated lever for closing.
---- Spring unit: is a spring sets including a left-handed spring
and a right-handed spring.
---- Opening unit: latch fastens half shaft and keeps the switch in
closing status; iron core of the coils drives the half shaft to
turn for opening; it also use the oil buffer to eliminate the
opening bounce.
---- Circuit unit: includes anti-trip relay, bridge rectifier, etc.
---- Auxiliary switch unit: is equipped with rotary switch which
with excellent performance, such as reliable contact, clear signal
and convenient connection.
It can store energy by manual or motor, what is more, as the
stored-energy time for motor is very short, so it can operate by
multiple reclosing. Meanwhile, it can also operate by automatic
reclosing.
● With long life-span
CKVB-12/T can operate frequently or break short circuit current
repeatedly, its mechanical life can up to 20,000 times, the
breaking times of full capacity short circuit current can most up
to 50 times. It can use for reclosing operation, also with reliable
operation and long life-span.
● Vacuum interrupter with reliable insulating and excellent arc
extinguishing performance
The vacuum interrupter is installed in the insulating cylinder, the
insulating cylinder is made of epoxy resin which use APG technique.
This structure can effectively prevent the vacuum interrupter
affects by external factors including external shock and pollution
environment.
● With perfect anti-maloperation function
---- After closing operation, closing curved plate is locked by
closing interlocking curved plate, it can’t close again until the
circuit-breaker opening.
---- In the case of the circuit-breaker opening by some reason
after closing, if the closing order is still holding on, the
anti-trip control circuit which insides circuit-breaker will cut
off the closing circuit to avoid multiple reclosing.
---- If the withdrawable circuit-breaker doesn’t in the right
position of testing or working, closing curved plate will be locked
by interlocking curved plate, at the same time the closing circuit
will be cut off, which avoids the circuit-breaker to get into load
area under closing status.
---- After closing at the position of working or testing, the
roller will lock the locking plate of pushing mechanism, and then
withdrawable circuit-breaker can’t move. This can prevent the
circuit-breaker to be pushed into or pull out of the load area
while in the condition of closing.
---- In the case of using electric interlocking for closing, it can
prevent closing operation in the condition of without using locking
device to unlock.
● With easy maintenance
In the daily maintenance, CKVB-12/T just need to do the basic
cleaning or lubricating maintenance. Each current rating is
equipped with dust-proof insulating cylinder cover, in practice, it
is no need to remove the cover if the rated current is under 1250A,
but it need to remove it if the rated current is more than 1600A.
● Convenient installation
The mounting type of CKVB-12/T can be fixed or withdrawable, it can
also be installed on the frame.
