• Models Applicable:

We deal with garniture heaters for basically all models of cigarette making machines, and are more experienced in manufacturing heaters for the following models:

For other models, makers of high speed or rare types, including MK9-5, MK10, Passim 12000, we are going to need drawings with detailed specifications. Please contact us for a certain lead time and delivery info.

• Nichrome Heater

Most resistance wire heating elements use nichrome 80/20 (80% nickel, 20% chromium) wire, ribbon, or strip. Nichrome 80/20 is an ideal material, because it has relatively high resistance and forms an adherent layer of chromium oxide when it is heated for the first time. Material beneath this layer will not oxidize, preventing the wire from breaking or burning out.

• Shipping Terms:

Preferred: EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR

It is our priority to provide quotation with EXW terms applied price. Yet for final shipment the other 3 sets of shipping terms are most recommended. We prefer to have the export clearance process done by ourselves since normally we know China’s customs more than clients do. Also the tax rebate procedure can be more or less simplified if we clear the custom on our own.

For any other shipping terms especially those where export clearance is not our obligation to see to, please contact with us for further detail negotiation, so as to avoid discordance.
