Heater is a component assembled on garniture assy of cigarette making machines to heat up the cohesive when gluing cigarette paper.

Key Parameters

For most applications, the thermal performance and temperature distribution are the two key design parameters. In order to avoid any hotspots and to maintain a uniform temperature distribution across a substrate, the circuit design can be optimized by changing the localized power density of the resistor circuit. An optimized heater design helps to control the heater output and modulate the local temperatures across the heater substrate. In cases where there is a requirement of 2 or more heating zones with different output power over a relatively small area, a thick film heater can be designed to achieve a zonal heating pattern on a single substrate.

Payment Terms:

Payment terms are basically negotiable under following rules:

For products we have in stock, usually we ask for full payment upon ordering.

For products of customized specifications, or painted / printed as required, or of special materials, normally we ask for full payment upon ordering.

For regular size wear parts/ consumables/ spares, usually we request 30% payment before sending order to our plant, and the balance before shipment.

Customization:

For different models of cigarette maker, different cigarette sizes, even different type of glue to be used. Time needed for manufacturing can vary. So details of product and relative lead time shall be negotiated beforehand to avoid possible discordance.
