The mechanical closing machine adopts integral casting structure, the whole machine has excellent rigidity and high precision. The front slider is a crank connecting rod mechanism, which is then amplified by the swing arm. The movement of the rear slider is mechanically linked with the front slider. The large gear eccentric head installed at the outer end of the front slider is powered by a group of cranks. The rod mechanism and a group of double rocker mechanisms are driven, and the swing reaches 450mm by swinging the rocker arm. The movement of the two sliders is matched and coordinated, and the movement is accurate. Both the front and rear sliders adopt V-shaped guide rails. The surface of the guide rails is covered with non-metallic materials, which is resistant to abrasion, not easy to be pulled, and has good accuracy retention. Mechanical closing machine adopts timing and quantitative motorized thick oil lubrication system.
