What is your minimum order?
Usually, the MOQ is 50 units.
If the design is simple, small order is also acceptable.
Can I have a sample before bulk order?
Yes. A free sample for testing quality is available.
If you want a custom sample hat, we will charge some sample fee
which will come off the final order.
How do you accept payment?
Ali trade assurance is better for us, your can pay by credit card,
T/T and e-checking on ali.
We also accept PayPal, , Weston Union and etc.
How do you ship an order?
When the order is less than 6000 units, we will ship it by Express
which is more cost-effective.
For bigger order, we will send it by sea or by air as per
customer's requests.
What's the lead time?
For sample, urgent/free, 1-2days/ 3-5 days
For bulk order, it will take about 7-20 days
As for the shippment, we cooperate with several shipping agents. We
