Portable SF6 Gas Density Relay Calibrator

Introduction

Power equipment which is insulated by SF gas should install Gas density relay to monitor the density change of the equipment. If the density of SF6 gas decreased to the threshold value the replay will operate to protect the equipment prevent insulation failure of the equipment. So the reliable operation of the relay is very important.

DRT SF6 gas density relay calibrator is applied to check and confirm whether the relay is operated in the correct value and feedback correct logical

sequence.

Feature

1) Measure the pressure in current temperature and calculate the pressure in 20 Celsius degree automatic. So the measured operation value of relay could be displayed in both the current temperature and 20 Celsius degree in the Portable SF6 Gas Density Relay Tester.

2) The instrument can be applied to test the SF6 Density relay in station. No laboratory condition is required for the operation value test because of the temperature transformation calculation.

4) All the test procedure is controlled by the MCU during the whole test. All the measure value can be displayed in the large size LCD in one frame.
