Lubricating Grease and Oils Evaporation Loss Test Set

Introduction

This Evaporation Loss Test Set is suitable to measure evaporation loss of lubricating oil and grease.Put the sample placed in evaporator in constant bath under certain temperature,hot air passes through the surface of sample for 22 hours,then calculate the evaporation loss according to weight loss of sample.

Characteristic

1. This Evaporation Loss Test Set is desktop,including heating bath and precise flow meter.There is hole on the stainless steel cover to put sample bottle.

2. Stainless steel structure is coated with porcelain

3. Environment friendly oil bath can reduce the harm of smoke,and the thermal insulation effect is good.

4. Heater is stainless steel

5. Flow meter is very accurate,with needle valve,flow rate 0~2L/min

6. The Evaporation Loss Test Set has air filter has glass wool

7. Mic-processing thermostat and PID controlling,digitally display temperature,accuracy 0.1℃,Pt 100 RTD probe.

8. Safety device for over-heating or low liquid level
