1.In order to solve melt-blown fabric shortage as well as face mask in the market, our company developed small footprint automated melt-blown fabric production line. The line is flexible design and able to change different melt-blown tooling to produce different size and density of fabric to match with multiple standards of face mask.

2. The melt blown cloth equipment of Leader Machinery consists of PP single screw extruder, hydraulic double pistion filter, melt pump, melt blown spinneret, air heating system, work platform, track receiver, roller receiver, negative pressure suction winding system, pneumatic control system, production line control system.

3. Meltblown technical process : In one step process to transform polymers into very fine fibers and convert into fibrous nonwoven.
