We had imported advanced Salvagnini P4Xe Automatic panel bender from Italy. The equipment can improve the
accuracy and ensure product consistency with reliable property . A
pair of universal bending mold, which can finish most of the
bending without being replaced. Besides, it can process the parts
of which the length is up to 2500mm,the width is up to 1500mm and
the range of the thickness is from 0.5mm to 2.0mm.this machine can
process one part within 30 seconds to fulfill the capacity of
diversified production.
The factory is specialized in steel filing cabinet, steel locker, cupboard, mobile pedestal, office

In addition, before the production, QC shall test the toughness,
flatness, thickness of steel plates, and ensure plate size error is
within the allowable range, surface is smooth and free from concave
and burr. Then, workers shall fill in process card then will move
to the following procedure of laser cutting .The workers will
produce according to the operating instructions and drawings
strictly to guarantee the accuracy of side cutting and
punching.,which the tolerance is within 0.1mm.
Before packaging, QC will overall check the whole structure,
surface and parts.,etc by pre- assembly. At packaging, workers must
strictly follow export transportation standard to do package and
make sure the quantity of parts are correct and the layout is
suitable and firm.
Our products are exported to Europe, America, Australia, Canada,
Southeast Asia, Oceania and other countries, the products are
subject to a great welcome and praise.
Every year we will participate in various exhibitions both at
China and abroad, including guangzhou CIFF Fair in
March, Shanghai CIFF Fair in September, and Cologne
ORGATEC Exhibition in Germany, which make us make continuous
