The pulse valve diaphragm divides the pulse valve into two air
chambers. When the electromagnetic pulse valve is connected with
clean compressed air in the dust cleaning system of the pulse bag
filter, the compressed air enters into the rear air chamber through
the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure of the rear air
chamber presses the diaphragm against the air outlet of the valve,
and the pulse valve is in the closed state. The pulse controller
outputs signals to move the armature of the pulse valve, and the
rear air chamber of the valve discharges When the air hole is
opened, the rear air chamber will lose pressure rapidly, so that
the diaphragm moves backward, and compressed air will be injected
through the outlet of the valve. When the pulse valve is in the
open state, the injection starts, the electrical signal output by
the pulse controller disappears, the armature of the
electromagnetic pilot head of the pulse valve resets, and the vent
hole of the rear air chamber is closed. When the pressure of the
rear air chamber increases, the diaphragm of the pulse valve is
close to the outlet of the valve, and the pulse valve is in the
closed state, and the compressed air will be injected When the
blowing is stopped, the length of the blowing time is controlled by
the controller.
The electromagnetic pulse valve is the "switch" of the air
injection circuit of the dust cleaning system of the pulse bag
filter, and the diaphragm in the valve body is controlled by the
pulse controller to vibrate into the pulse "impulse" on the street
for dust cleaning. The area controlled by the back of the diaphragm
is larger than that controlled by the front, and the air pressure
force is large.
The electric signal is input by the pulse controller, which makes
the electromagnetic pilot head attractive and transportable, and
opens the unloading hole. The pressure gas controlled by the
diaphragm is discharged rapidly. The pressure gas controlled in
front of the diaphragm lifts the diaphragm, opens the channel of
the electromagnetic pulse valve and blows into the street, the
electrical signal disappears, the spring of the electromagnetic
pilot head causes the moving column to immediately reset and close
the unloading hole, the pressure of the gas controlled in the back
of the diaphragm and the spring force cause the diaphragm to close
the channel, the electromagnetic pulse valve stops blowing, and the
resistance hole on the diaphragm.
