The electromagnetic pulse valve (also called diaphragm valve) is
the compressed air "switch" of the dust cleaning and blowing system
of the pulse bag filter. Under the control of the output signal of
the pulse controller, the filter bags are injected and cleaned one
by one to keep the resistance of the precipitator within the set
range, so as to ensure the processing capacity and dust collection
efficiency of the precipitator.
The diaphragm divides the electromagnetic pulse valve into two
chambers, the front chamber and the back chamber. When the
compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the back
chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure of
the back chamber presses the diaphragm against the output port of
the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed"
state.
The electric signal of the pulse controller makes the armature of
the pulse valve move, the vent hole of the air chamber behind the
valve opens, and the pressure of the air chamber behind the valve
loses rapidly. The diaphragm moves backward and compressed air is
injected through the valve output port. The pulse is on.
The electric signal of the pulse injection controller disappears,
the armature of the electromagnetic pulse valve is reset, the vent
hole of the rear air chamber is closed, the pressure of the rear
air chamber is increased to make the diaphragm close to the valve
outlet, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed"
state.
