compressed air in the dust cleaning system of the pulse bag filter,
the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle
hole. At this time, the pressure of the rear air chamber presses
the diaphragm against the air outlet of the valve, and the pulse
valve is closed. The pulse controller outputs signals to move the
armature of the pulse valve, The vent hole of the air chamber
behind the valve is opened, and the pressure of the air chamber
behind the valve is quickly lost, so that the diaphragm moves
backward. The compressed air is injected through the outlet of the
valve channel. The pulse valve is in the open state and the
injection starts. The electrical signal output by the pulse
controller disappears. The armature of the electromagnetic pilot
head of the pulse valve is reset. The vent hole of the air chamber
behind the valve is closed. The pressure of the air chamber behind
the valve increases, so that the diaphragm of the pulse valve is
close to the outlet of the valve and the pulse valve In the closed
state, the injection stops, and the length of the injection time is
controlled by the weight controller.
