Diaphragm valve is also called electromagnetic pulse valve or pulse
solenoid valve. According to different styles, there are right
angle, submergence, external thread, straight through and so on.
The working principle of the valve is the same as that of the
electromagnetic pulse valve, that is to say, the coil in the
solenoid valve body is input into the pulse signal through the
wire, the pulse valve is controlled by the output signal of the
pulse injection controller, and the opening and closing of the
pulse valve is realized by the bending deformation of the rubber
channel diaphragm depending on the pressure change of the two air
chambers in front and back of the valve. The diameter of the rubber
diaphragm determines the stroke size and opening and closing speed
of the rubber diaphragm. The larger the diameter of the diaphragm,
the larger the stroke and the better the blowing performance.
