The diaphragm of the electromagnetic pulse valve is an important
part of the electromagnetic valve. It is a whole piece of
high-quality rubber diaphragm which is installed to block the
compressed air pipe or the air outlet of the valve, the rivet head
and the air discharge unloading hole, and the bolt hole with fixed
support around. It is the key control part of the electromagnetic
pulse valve. The electromagnetic pulse valve diaphragm is composed
of a special fabric and a thin layer of high-quality elastomer
attached to it.
The diaphragm of the electromagnetic pulse valve is mainly used to
seal the electromagnetic valve. When the electromagnetic pulse
valve receives the signal of dust injection from the pulse
controller, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through
the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure of the rear air
chamber makes the diaphragm close to the air outlet of the valve,
and the pulse valve is in the closed state. The pulse controller
outputs the signal to move the armature of the pulse valve, and the
air vent of the rear air chamber of the valve is opened The
pressure of the rear chamber is rapidly lost, which makes the
diaphragm move backward. The compressed air is injected through the
outlet of the valve. The pulse valve is in the open state and the
injection starts. The electrical signal output by the pulse
controller disappears. The armature of the electromagnetic pilot
head of the pulse valve is reset. The vent hole of the rear chamber
is closed. The pressure of the rear chamber increases, which makes
the diaphragm of the pulse valve close to the outlet of the valve.
The pulse valve is in the closed state and the injection stops, The
air volume of the injection time is controlled by the controller.
