The pulse valve diaphragm divides the pulse valve into two air chambers. When the electromagnetic pulse valve is connected with clean compressed air in the dust cleaning system of the pulse bag filter, the compressed air enters into the rear air chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure of the rear air chamber presses the diaphragm against the air outlet of the valve, and the pulse valve is in the closed state. The pulse controller outputs signals to move the armature of the pulse valve, and the rear air chamber of the valve discharges When the air hole is opened, the rear air chamber will lose pressure rapidly, so that the diaphragm moves backward, and compressed air will be injected through the outlet of the valve. When the pulse valve is in the open state, the injection starts, the electrical signal output by the pulse controller disappears, the armature of the electromagnetic pilot head of the pulse valve resets, and the vent hole of the rear air chamber is closed. When the pressure of the rear air chamber increases, the diaphragm of the pulse valve is close to the outlet of the valve, and the pulse valve is in the closed state, and the compressed air will be injected When the blowing is stopped, the length of the blowing time is controlled by the controller.
