1 . Q : Do you currently have stock samples in your warehouse?
A : Yes, we do. But because different customers have different
requirements, even if the voltage and capacity are the same, other
parameters may also be different. As long as you confirm the order,
we can quickly complete the sample.
2 . Q : When it comes to mass production, when will it be
delivered?
A : This mainly depends on quantity, material, battery model, etc.
Usually it is 15 days. Our proposal is to check the delivery time
according to the situation.
3 . Q : What kind of certificates could you provide for the
battery?
A : We currently do not have an existing certificate, because this
is a custom design. If you agree to pay for the certificate, we can
apply for related certificates such as CE, UL, and UN38.3. Of
course, if your number is large enough, the certificate fee can be
returned.
4 . Q : Do you have a battery charger?
Yes, we do. You can refer to the charger when you send another
inquiry, if you still need a charger, but please note that our
charger charges are not included in the battery cost.
