Making Machine
The face mask making machine is mainly used for the automatic
making of flat masks: the whole roll of fabric is driven by rollers
after unwinding, and the fabric is automatically folded and hemmed;
Bridge of nose strip whole roll traction unroll,cut to length and
guide into hemmed fabric. Two sides Ultrasonic welding to the seal,
then ultrasonic 2 ends sealing, cutting and shaping by a cutter;
conveying the mask to the two mask ear band welding stations
through an assembly line, and finally forming the mask by
ultrasonic welding; when the mask is made, it is transported to the
flat belt line for collection. Complete line include 1 set mask
body making machine and 2 sets ear loop automatic welding machine.

This equipment is a full-automatic one-time plane mask forming
machine, which is used for the forming of one-time rectangular ear
hanging three drawer mask. It can complete the automatic feeding,
moulding, folding, pressure welding and ear band welding of the
mask. The equipment outputs the finished product of the mask.
One main machine of the machine is equipped with two ear belt spot
welding machines (one for two), which are controlled by PLC
Mitsubishi PLC. The driving motor is servo motor, so it has the
advantages of high reliability, easy operation, accurate
transmission, stable control, adjustable speed, low cost and
convenient maintenance, especially suitable for the production of
high-quality masks.

Equipment composition
The machine is composed of feeding frame, forming machine and
welding ear belt. Three rolls of cloth can be placed on the loading
rack.
The molding machine consists of a frame, a transmission device, an
