High Speed Dispersing Emulsifier
Working principle
High speed dispersing emulsifier is a kind of high performance
homogenizing and emulsifying equipment that is used for dispersing,
emulsifying and communicating materials required by continuous
production or circulating treatment. Its core components are 1~3
groups of multilayer rotors and stators that are engaged with each
other. Around the rotors and stators, some long and thin notches
are opened. When the rotors rotate at high speed, they will produce
powerful centrifugal force, which can make the processed materials
spurt out from the long and thin notches (narrow slit). With the
mutual actions of stators, the processed materials are under the
two action forces: the positive action force that impels it to
pass. Also, when the processed, materials are spurting out from the
slit, they will be under the shearing action of the slit, as well
as the rotary shearing force produced by the relative movement of
rotors and stators. Under the action of multiple action forces, the
materials are homogenized and emulsified.
