1. Cabinet Instructions

This series cabinet is2000mm High and 800mm Wide and 800mm Deep. For those who need more than just standard cabinet, this series can also offer a truly the security of customized solution with lots of available options, providing a climate-controlled environment for any electronic equipment, electrical load panels and cable entry solutions. It provides a secure,climate controlled environment for any electronic equipment.

3.Cabinet Features

1. The cabinet is dustproof, sunproof and rainproof, which is used in outdoor environment.
2. Cabinet cooling: AC220V air conditioner and DC48V fans
3. The layout of the cabinet is reasonable, which will facilitate cable access, fixing and grounding. There are entrance holes individually for power cable, signal cable and optical cable.
4. All the cables, sealing and heat insulation used in the cabinet are made from flame retardant materials.
5. The cabinet includes 19” standard installation rack.
6. Surface treatment: degreasing, derusting, rustproof phosphating (or galvanizing), powder coated.
7. Cabinet load bearing: ≥600kg
8. Flame retardance: comply with GB5169.7 test A
9. Insulation resistance: the insulation resistance between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 2×104M/500V(DC).
10. Withstand voltage: the withstand voltage between grounding devices and cabinet body parts is not lower than 3000V(DC)/1min.
11. Mechanical strength: each surface can bear upright pressure >980N; after the door is open, its outer end can bear upright pressure >200N.

4. Components Installation

4.1 LED lamp, smoke sensor and door sensor are installed at the top of the cabinet.

4.2 Air Conditioner and fans are installed on the door of the cabinet.

5.Cable Inlets

Feeder cable and other external cables all use bottom wiring method.

6.Grounding Protection

(1) The cabinet includes grounding copper bar with anti-corrosion coating. There are enough screws for wiring connection terminals.

(2) The metal part of the cabinet should be interconnected and be connected with grounding bar. Connection resistance between any two points is lower than 0.1Ω.

(3)Protective earthing of other equipments inside the cabinet should be connected to the grounding bar.
