Q: Do I need a technical person to assist installation and debuging
the systemto the mesh screen?
A: Normally the competitors request to send one ot two technical
person to the installation site for assit, which will bring much
extra costs. However, if you take mesh screen from Sunrise,
installation site guiding support and remote control also support
to you at the same time!

Q: How can I do if I want to put the mesh screen on the surface of
the glass surface building?
A:The mesh screen is designed mostly for glass surface building,
but it's some difficult to find the support position for the frame.
Sunrise can provide OEM size for the frame to hold the cabinet. You
just need to send us the concerning building draw, and other jobs
will be done for Sunrise!

Q: Is there any MOQ if I want to put one order?
A: Yes, you are right there is MOQ coz normally the mesh screen
size will over 50sqm, so we kindly request the MOQ will be 50sqm,
if you have any diffficult, pls let us know without hesitation as
well.

Q: What's your leading time?
A: The leading time usually will be 5-6 weeks, which depends on the
total quantity and if there has special requirement or not.

Q: What's max brightness since the pixel pitch is some bigger?
A: The Brightness for P31.25/P31.25 is 6500nits, P31.25/P15.625 is
8000nits, and P15.625/P15.625 is 10000nits. Coz all leds from
Sunrise is super high brightness to get the best view performance.

Q: Is it easier to change the mesh strip by me?
A:Sunrise has to control the quality extremely to avoid such
situation. In case the situation occurs, you just need to change
one panel, or if you have any skilled engineer. Sunrise can also
guide him to repair the strip. It is very fast for whole progress,
about 5mins.
